160 sq ft of functional spaceIdeal for typical construction site requirements. Compact enough to fit in a crowded construction site parking lot or immediately behind your loading dock doors, yet large enough to accommodate a few tables and chairs, map tables, and filing cabinets. Additional 12" Overhead ClearanceStandard 20ft footprint, but with nearly a foot of extra overhead clearance. Built like a tank on the outside, nice and comfortable on the inside. These buildings include a steel personnel door, sliding vinyl windows with security bars, complete electrical package (breaker panel, LED overhead lighting, and desk-height duplex outlets), and through-wall air conditioning/heating. The end result is a wire-ready, climate-controlled office space that you can just plug into your generator when you arrive on site. No waiting for a setup crew.
Trades & Field Services — Office / Storage Combo
Need office space that looks nice but also need heavy-duty storage on the same property? We take a standard 40ft container and cut it in half down the middle. One side is a finished, climate-controlled office complete with insulation, wall finishing, HVAC, interior LED lighting, and electrical outlets. It’s accessed via a steel personnel door. The other side of the container is left as is with a heavy-duty roll-up door for storage of equipment or materials. Two spaces, one container.

You've seen them on cargo ships and freight trains all your life — those big steel shipping containers. We take those containers and transform them into efficient, ready-to-use offices. We insulate them, finish the interior walls, wire them for electricity, install LED lighting, climate control, and flooring. What started out as a rugged steel container becomes a weather-tight, secure, and efficient workspace that can be transported to your job site, warehouse yard, or commercial lot, ready to go to work.
Nope. You can set container offices on level, solid ground, a compacted gravel pad, or an existing concrete slab. No concrete foundation necessary. Remember that the container is a steel box. The box is the structure. It just needs a level surface to rest on. If the ground at your site is uneven, we can help you figure out your leveling options prior to delivery.
Each and every office container we construct comes equipped with a breaker panel, overhead LED lighting, and duplex outlets. We install either a 100A or 200A electrical service based on your needs. From there, you simply plug the container into shore power (a standard service pole or building tie-in) or plug it into a job site generator.
Yes! And in Texas, they should be. We offer three levels of climate control. Through-the-wall window AC units for those on a budget. Energy Star-certified mini-split heat pumps for quiet, efficient heating and cooling. And finally, for larger builds, we offer full central HVAC with ductwork. All of our offices come insulated with either spray foam or batt insulation.
Yes sir! We can frame out interior partition walls to section off an area inside the container for plumbing. We can even rough in the plumbing connections so your favorite plumber can tie into your existing water and sewer lines. It's a popular option for our 40ft offices. There's enough square footage to section off an area for a bathroom without sacrificing precious office space.

Not necessarily. While most of our customers have a very good idea of what they want their office to do, they aren't always sure what that looks like. Think of the "why" behind your office. How many people will be using this space? Will you need heating/cooling? Do you want private offices? Will you need to run electricity for computers?
Once we know what you need from your office we can create a custom build plan to perfectly match your project. If you have drawings/blueprints with dimensions that's great! If not, no worries. We've got you covered either way.
