What are container ratings?
One Trip Containers (Brand New)
One trip containers have been used one time to ship cargo from overseas to the United States. These containers are as close to new as are available. They were built with the intention of being sold upon their arrival in America, and they generally have handles placed at a higher/easier to use height and externally mounted lock boxes.
IICL (Insitute of International Container Leasing) containers are cargo worthy containers that have been certified for overseas transport. They are guaranteed to be structurally sound and exceed the condition standards of a wind and water tight container.
These containers exceed the condition standards for a wind and water tight container. Cargo worthy containers are a good choice for someone concerned with appearance but does not want to spend the money on a one trip container. They may have some small dents and surface rust as well as some small patches, but are still in very good condition. They can be certified for overseas transport by an IICL inspector.
Wind and Water Tight
These containers are guaranteed to be wind and water tight. They may have some dents and surface rust as well as patches in the walls and roof. These are a good choice for someone not concerned with appearance but still needs a secure and dry place for storage.
These containers may have holes or dents in the sides or roofs that prevent them from being rated wind and water tight. They are a good choice for someone who is not concerned with water tightness in their container.
When can you deliver?
We can often deliver your container the same day that you purchase. However, if we are already booked up with deliveries, it may take us 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Long distance deliveries will require more time due to scheduling.
